These Terms of Sale and User Agreement apply to purchases made through larshaugen.shop for The Winter Flock Journal and any related digital materials offered on this website.
The journal is presented under the Lars Haugen name and sold through the Northfield Press publisher profile using Lava.top for payment processing and digital delivery. Questions about the product or your order can be sent to larshaugen.journal@proton.me.
2. Digital product and delivery
The Winter Flock Journal is a digital PDF product. No physical book is shipped unless a future offer expressly says otherwise. After successful payment, access or delivery is provided electronically through the checkout/delivery system associated with the purchase.
You are responsible for entering a working email address and for keeping your purchase or delivery details available so you can access the file.
3. Price and payment
The current advertised price is shown on the product and checkout pages. The final amount displayed by the payment provider before you confirm payment is the amount you authorize. Any tax that is legally required may be shown or collected during checkout.
Payments are processed by Lava.top and its payment partners. We do not directly receive or store your full bank-card number or card security code.
4. Personal-use license
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the journal for your own personal use. Copyright and all other intellectual-property rights remain with the rights holder.
You may not resell, republish, upload, share publicly, distribute copies, place the file in a shared library or membership, or otherwise make the journal available to other people without written permission.
5. Refunds
Purchases are covered by our voluntary 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the terms in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer right or statutory remedy that applies to you under the law of your country.

7. Availability and technical issues
We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and digital delivery available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. If you paid successfully and cannot access your file, contact us and include the email address used for the purchase so we can help locate the order.
